At JOOCYEE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original JOOCYEE packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
