Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. JOOCYEE does not test any of our finished products or ingredients on animals.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or swatched.
